If emails are not being delivered from the Kronodoc installation, please try the following test (you must replace your own email address in the To field below) on the server and see diagnostic messages in the email server log files:
/usr/sbin/sendmail –t
To: user@company.com
Subject: send test
From: support@company.com This is a test.
.
Check that DNS lookup is properly configured e.g. with the following command:
nslookup www.kronodoc.com
